Hello 🙂 I am Mimi and I work as Corporate Outreach Specialist in Project 1882. I started my career in the animal rights movement in 2021 and I joined Project 1882 in 2024. My focus has always been corporate outreach - communication with companies from all types of food sector and producers of animal products to make live of animals better, to make companies understand that animal welfare is an essential part of their CSR but to also spread awareness of how animal factories treat the voiceless creatures.

As a kid, growing up in small village of Eastern Europe surrounded by animals and nature, I learned to not just appreciate, but to also understand the nature and how essential it is for our life on Earth. Growing up with animals, I used to bring them all home 🙂 - not only cats and dogs, but also bird from fallen nests, mouses, snakes, or chickens - animals have been a big part of my life since I was a kid. Thanks to my previous career and my path of life, I got to know closer many different cultures from all over the world and I learned many languages, but the creatures I have always understood are animals. Thus, I can easily say that for me, being a voice for animals is the best job in the world.
